New Electric Feeder – Gillette Stadium

Project Scope:
Electrical Distribution Engineering & Design
ControlPoint recently completed the engineering and design for a new electric feeder for Gillette
Stadium in Foxboro, MA. The new “express feeder” will increase reliability by providing the Stadium
with a dedicated power supply line. This project scope involves new primary conductor with spacer cable, pole upgrades / replacements, and replacement of miscellaneous equipment – load break switch / cutouts / grounds / fuses / guys & anchors, etc. ControlPoint was also responsible for assessment and coordination of environmental issues, permitting, easements, telephone / cable utilities, and forestry requirements.

Responsible for the redesign and replacement of the electrical distribution system along Route 40 in Troy, NY. Responsibilities include comprehensive engineering and design including replacement of primary and secondary conductors, transformers, ratios, and poles. Also responsible for coordination activities with local TelCo and cable provider, environmental issues, and forestry requirements.
