Project Name:
Jingling Power Project
Facility:
Single Shaft Combined Cycle Power Plant, China
Project Scope:
Control System Engineering and design scope for the entire balance of plant
mechanical and electrical systems controlled with the Distributed Control
System. Designed / engineered the control logic configuration with responsibilities
maintained throughout the DCS factory acceptance testing. The facility produces
a total of 760 MW utilizing two (2) GE Frame 9FA Combustion Turbines, two
(2) HRSGs, and one (1) GE Steam Turbine.

Project Name:
Control System Standards
Facility:
Cogeneration & Combined Cycle Power Plants
Project Scope:
Develop Fully Engineered Standard Control Design Provided complete engineering
services for the development of new Control System Standards for General Electric’s
207FA Combined Cycle Configuration for use in a cogeneration or electric generation.
Project included control system loops and logic development and a fully Automatic
Start/Stop Sequence Control Standard. The standards have been utilized as
the design basis for many installations.
