Projects are initiated with a comprehensive Scope Split document and Project
Schedule. Scoping documents are arranged in spread sheet format to compile
all project related materials and services required to furnish and install
the project control system. The scope-split document is used by each party
and provides a basis for a common understanding of responsibilities. The scoping
document also provides
the basis for the detailed project schedule.
